Inside my free Target baby registry gift bag!

One of the fun (yet sometimes a little overwhelming) aspects of pregnancy is creating your baby registry. These days we have tons of options for where we can register or you can create a universal registry that allows you to add from various stores. There are several stores and websites that now offer free goodie bags of samples when you create your baby registry with them. A major retailer that I used for my registry is one of my faves, Target. Here I’ll be sharing the baby and pregnancy related samples I received in case you're a curious mom-to-be. Let’s get into it!

I'll break down the items I received by category just to make it a little easier to see what types of items are in the bag.

Bath & Body
  • Honest: Shampoo & Body Wash and their Face & Body Lotion
  • Babyganics: Moisturizing Daily Lotion
  • Dove: Baby Dove Tip to Toe Wash
  • Aveeno Baby: Daily Moisture Lotion
  • Cetaphil: Baby Wash & Shampoo
  • Palmer's: Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks
  • Aquaphor: Advanced Therapy Healing Ointment for Baby

Diapering
  • Honest:  2 diapers (size 1 or 8-14 pounds) and 10 wipes
  • Huggies Diapers: Their Special Delivery line (free of paragons, fragrance and elemental-chlorine per the package), 3 diapers (size 1 or up to 14 pounds)
  • Pampers: 1 pampers swaddlers diaper and 1 pack of Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes (6 ct.)
  • WaterWipes: A 10 pack of their baby wipes made of 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract (per packaging)

Feeding
  • Dr. Brown's: 1 4oz/120 ml bottle for newborns
  • Lansinoh: 2 breastmilk storage bags and 2 disposable nursing pads

Miscellaneous
  • MAM: 1 newborn pacifier, BPA & BPS free, small and lightweight for newborns (per packaging)
  • Boogie Wipes: 1 natural saline wipe for stuffy noses
  • Dreft: A 1 use or 1 load pack of their hypoallergenic laundry detergent for newborns
  • Target Coupon Book: Target also tossed in a great booklet of baby savings valued at over $80 for tons of essentials for both baby and mom.

I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by this gift bag! It contained much more than I was expecting and I like that they offered samples from a variety of brands. Of course, I'm particularly excited to try out the more natural/non-toxic leaning brands (personal preference). The booklet of coupons was also a really nice touch and I've already scoped out many of the coupons I plan to use. Just a heads up, the expiration date on them is set for 2 days after my due date. So if you get one, be sure to plan ahead as you're preparing for your new arrival. One last tip, to retrieve your bag I suggest downloading their registry app (it's separate from the standard Target app) to make it easier to add items. In the app they'll make it easy to pick up your goodie bag by providing you with a barcode to have an associate scan to give you your gift.

I hope this was helpful for any parents-to-be out there, happy registering!
