Once you start up the mountain, you can follow these stacked stone formations that will lead you to the top.
Arabia Mountain is actually a granite monadnock, which essentially means it is an isolated stone hill made of granite. Throughout our hike, we came across several pieces of this natural granite.
You can't tell from the photo but the granite actually glistened in the sunlight! It also worked well as chalk for writing on the mountain itself. We came across random drawings and messages throughout our hike.Once we made it to the top, we were greeted with beautiful expansive views spotted with the colors of Fall. After exploring much of the mountain, we took a while to just sit at the top and enjoy the views and serenity of the moment. If you live in or around Atlanta or are visting, you should definitely check it out!
